The e-Insolvency Portal provides online services to facilitate customers dealing with the Department of Insolvency. The services offered are for search status Personal Bankruptcy newest Status of Company, Payment Monthly Instalment Insolvency and payment deposit petitioner.
Builtamont Tech International (BTI) was a software development company backed by a major diversified private holding company based in Asia, operating independently with a commensurate level of autonomy and freedom.
I joined BTI half-way through this project as a UX/UI Designer and Front-End Developer.
The existing process in filing for bankruptcy and all the other related activities were offline at the time and throughout the process, the users had to fill multiple redundant forms in each step of the process.
"How might we help users to file for bankruptcy and all the following processes through an online portal, efficiently?"
Based on the above problems identified and all the findings that were collected through the user research (conducted by an agency before my employment), I worked towards addressing this pain by coming up with keyword search feature.
